What is TidyUp?
TidyUp is a local, professional cleaning company serving both residential and commercial clients.
Our mission is to deliver exceptional cleaning services in a timely, reliable manner. We take pride in creating clean, welcoming environments that reflect the highest standards — so your home or business always looks its best, no matter how busy life gets.

We’re proud to say that TidyUp is fully insured, giving you complete peace of mind every time we visit your space.

Are There Any Services You Don’t Provide?

At TidyUp, we prioritize the health and safety of our team and clients.

To maintain our standards, a few limitations apply:

• Staff Safety Limitations
  We do not lift or move items over 20 pounds.
  Areas that require standing more than two feet off the ground —including high shelves, upper kitchen cabinets, or tall windows —are outside of our service range for safety reasons.

​

• Outdoor Areas
  Our equipment is designed for indoor cleaning only. We do not service outdoor areas such as patios, decks, unfinished basements, garages, or exterior windows. However, if you provide a broom, we are happy to sweep these areas upon request.

​

• Laundry Services
  We do not offer laundry services such as ironing, washing, or drying clothing or linens. Alternatively, we are happy to remove used bedding and remake the bed with fresh linens provided by the client.

​

• Carpet Cleaning
  TidyUp does not offer standard carpet cleaning services. However, for move-in or move-out cleans, carpet steaming can be arranged upon request. Additional charges apply to cover rental equipment and specialized products.

• Clutter
  We do our best to clean around highly cluttered spaces. If you would like specific items moved to allow for deeper cleaning, we are happy to assist within the weight and safety guidelines outlined above.

• Bugs and Pests
  We are unable to provide services in spaces with active infestations. We kindly ask that pest control treatments and fumigation clean-ups be fully completed before booking a cleaning service.

• Mold
  We can address small amounts of common surface mildew. However, for the safety of both clients and staff, we cannot clean areas with large or hazardous mold infestations, especially where air quality may be compromised.
